aha! im back on account that the bloody tagboard has been restored WITHOUT the help of my stupid friend CHNG MEIYUN (muahah ill make sure the whole world knows about your bo-chap-ness:p)
but i still dont understand why blogger must do this with gmail. heh then i guess half the world has gmail now too..

one thing's changed
our blazing ole friend mr sun is back to burn us to a crisp
the run was so bad this morning.so bad
the stitch came even before we'd run a kilometre
the pushups were neverending
and the last part was just absolute unglamness
(read: running lopsided with hair askew and clutching my sides)
i think i looked worse than the average plastic bag toting auntie running for the feeder bus:/
and then they told me not to go down for water just yet.
so there i was sunning my toes and listening to another version of ms ng's lectures..
not that i dont agree with what she said - its perfectly logical
its just sometimes i really wonder wheres the limit to push myself to.
the race to shave minutes of my running
to shove in a few more weights each gym is just burning me out.
i think its burning ching out too...
this morning we couldnt even row properly, im sorry
we even came so close to capping ergh.
I think this is for once i really look forward to the CNY festivities.
Nothing to worry about for at least 3 days
Just the mind-numbing routines of visitation
Hahah this is the perfect period: not so young that im fussed over by the elders yet not the age where they invariably start popping the marriage -> baby questions:)
= sit there watch the damn goggle box and try not to grow too fat before crosscountry
(ergh thats another topic you and i both dont want to go into)
i save a more meaningful post (read: one that doesnt just ramble on bout the just-shut-up-already trngs) some other day. oh and as a parting shot haha CHNG MEIYUN YOU STILL OWE ME ONE!!!
