Humans are a selfish lot

Anything that works towards our advantage is a cause for celebration

anything that has nth to do with us -

you aint stickin your ass in to it

either that

or you aint so happy others are getting something out of it

shit.

and i cant admit that i dont behave like that

i do.

its not as if i havent already got what i wanted

you jus want more

and more..

but then again i find myself not really caring bout such things anymore

today jus felt so..

senseless.

i think theyre giving us too much

and then i tell myself to block out such feelings

jus get your thing done and to hell with whatever

well at least it doesnt matter to me anymore

im trying so damn hard to run away

and others are trying so damn hard to get it

maybe i will regret it in the end

just maybe.
